Nice use of angle and the jacket. . .nice tattoo as well, it's quite intimidating, nice head tilt as well

I will be changing it back, I was playing around and took a portrait and my eyes were closed and it looked funny so I kept it, but the game seems to auto-correct that or something. |

Like someone else said, the background isn't the best, and I feel there needs to be a little separation in color/tone of the hair and jacket

Sorry Dalmon,
The combination of the hairstyle and the monocle is good with the hair hanging on the side. Nice use of eye color stuff; its just the right amount for the look. Freckles and the paler skin go hand and hand and combine well with the hair. A suiting expression for a "no BS" look.
I feel that maybe a different pose could be used; maybe in conjunction with another background (current on is good though) so I give a 9/10. |

I was going for a sort of two-faced style, and it looks better with "Wanted" below it.
I have to agree with Morrigan, the dreadlocks don't suit this character properly; they are more suited for a mean or tough look. Maybe a different background for more contrast; depends on if you choose a new hairstyle as well though. Needs to be a little more unique as well, nothing is standing out.

I think the tattoos and the eye makeup can work well together, but not with that hair style. Blue hair is unique-ish; I don't see it too often.
